GP-CZ-3000 Secondary AC Power Distribution Cabinet for Station Power Systems
Request a quote
Description
The GP-CZ-3000 is a secondary AC power distribution cabinet used in station power systems. Its input is a 380V/220V AC supply, and its output is AC 380V at a current not exceeding 160A. The cabinet distributes AC power to subsystem loads and provides protection, alarm, metering, and remote monitoring functions.
Product Overview
The cabinet is divided into two parts. In the first part, covering station, depot, and parking lot nodes, the secondary AC distribution cabinet takes the output of the primary distribution cabinet as its input, and its output distribution units provide external AC power to various subsystems. In the second part, covering depot and parking lot fire control rooms and section air shafts, the secondary AC distribution cabinet takes the output of a UPS as its input, and its output distribution units provide external AC power to various subsystems.
The cabinet has overall dimensions of 2200mm (H) × 600mm (W) × 600mm (D), with a dimensional tolerance of ±3mm, and a RAL7035 orange-peel textured surface finish.
Key Features
- Input power circuit with overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and phase-loss protection devices and operation indication.
- Audible and visible alarm signals on AC power failure, power restoration, and phase loss; the audible alarm can be manually cut off after it occurs.
- Protection devices such as circuit breakers and air switches on AC output branches; audible and visible alarm signals at the communication equipment input when an output branch fault occurs, such as a blown fuse; the audible alarm can be manually cut off before the fault is cleared.
- Time-sharing power-off function: when battery power is used, at least six AC output branches can be automatically shut off after a preset duration.
- Intelligent power-off function on those six AC output branches, allowing them to cut off power automatically upon receiving an external power-off signal.
- Two-stage surge protection, with surge arresters configured for outdoor power branches as required.
- Frequency, voltage, current, main circuit, and branch circuit indication instruments, with remote monitoring capability.
- Flame-retardant, insulating, transparent protective baffle installed on the rear wiring bar of the distribution panel.

Applications
The GP-CZ-3000 is applied in station power systems. It serves station, depot, and parking lot nodes where the input is the output of the primary distribution cabinet, and it serves depot and parking lot fire control rooms and section air shafts where the input is the output of a UPS. In both arrangements, the output distribution units provide external AC power to various subsystems.
Installation and Use
The input distribution unit of the AC distribution cabinet is supplied by the 380V/220V AC power provided by the station AC distribution cabinet, and its output serves as the input power for each subsystem. The rear wiring bar of the distribution panel is fitted with a flame-retardant, insulating, transparent protective baffle.
When an AC power failure, power restoration, or phase loss occurs, the cabinet provides audible and visible alarm signals, and the audible alarm can be manually cut off. When an output branch fault occurs, such as a blown fuse, the communication equipment input receives audible and visible alarm signals, and the audible alarm can be manually cut off before the fault is cleared. When battery power is used, at least six AC output branches can be automatically shut off after a preset duration, and these branches can also cut off power automatically upon receiving an external power-off signal.
